NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN OR PARTICIPATE. These promotions are open to legal residents of the United States 18 or older residing in the 50 United States (includes DC). Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families and households) of Jellyfish, Inc., (Sponsor) and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not eligible. Registration with Jellyfish.com (no charge, no obligation, provide name, mailing address and email) and the creation of a user name for the Talkin' Smack chat forum is required to participate.
» 2. How to Play:
Predict the Best Smack Deal (Smack Guru). Predict the best final price for a Smack deal (closest to actual percentage off without going over). Deadlines for each prediction as noted on website. One guess per deal, per Jellyfish Account (multiple Accounts from the same individual are not permitted). Scoring: 9 points for best prediction and 3 points for places 2 through 10 for each deal. Leader board (with usernames) will be updated after each deal. Any tie will be resolved based on the time of guess entry, with the first one to submit the winning guess winning the tie breaker.
» 3. Prizes. Guru Guess winners are eligible for two types of Prizes:
SmackWheel. The 9pt. Guru Guess winner on each Smack Deal is provided the opportunity to stop a virtual spinning wheel of prizes by clicking on the wheel stop button during the time deadline posted next to the Wheel. Eligible prizes and the odds of winning each prize are posted on the SmackWheel page during each spin. Prizes may vary and odds are pre-set and automated once the wheel spin begins. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Sponsor makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the SmackWheel. No cash or other substitution permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Prize winners are subject to verification and eligibility.
Smack Coins. The monthly Guru Guess point leader is provided 25,000 Smack Coins, which are subject to the Smack Coins Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the prize at anytime, for any reason. No cash or other substitution permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event of product unavailability.

Participation constitutes acceptance of all rules. Tax on prizes are winners' sole responsibility. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. To claim prize, potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions in these Official Rules and must provide proof of identity and eligibility satisfactory to Sponsor or alternate winner may be chosen. Sponsor reserves the right to require an Affidavit of Eligibility, mutually acceptable Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release as a condition of awarding prize, and failure to comply with any such requirement if imposed will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of another winner.
